*Return & Exchange Policy*

At Lilo by Sneha, every piece is packed with a lot of love and care ♡
Since most of our styles are made in small batches, we kindly request you to shop mindfully before placing your order.

*Returns*

We currently do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.

In case you receive a damaged or defective item, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery. The video should clearly show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process return requests without a proper unboxing video.

Please note that products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

*Exchanges*

We’re happy to help with size exchanges or product exchanges, subject to availability ♡

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

At the moment, we do not offer reverse pickup facilities, so customers are requested to ship the product back to us at their own shipping cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition with tags intact and should not be worn, washed, or altered.

A flat ₹100 exchange shipping fee is applicable for dispatching the exchanged piece.

Please note:

* The exchange shipping fee must be paid in advance before dispatch of the exchanged order.
* This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
* Exchange shipping charges cannot be paid at the time of delivery.

The exchanged product will be dispatched once we receive the original parcel from your end and after it passes our quality check.

*Product Exchange Value*

* If the new product selected is of a higher value, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
* If the new product selected is of a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

We reserve the right to accept or decline exchange requests depending on the product condition and stock availability.
