Most of our pieces are ready to dispatch and are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 working days from our end.

Delivery usually takes around 5–7 working days post-dispatch, depending on your location.

To raise an express delivery request, please reach out to us on our Instagram DM directly after placing your order here. We’d be happy to accommodate express shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you to help you track your package.

In case of any delay from our end due to production, restocks, or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll make sure to keep you informed via Instagram DM or the contact details shared while placing the order.

Please note that once the order has been shipped, any delays caused by courier or logistics partners are unfortunately beyond our control. While we may not be able to promise an exact delivery date in such cases, we’ll always be happy to assist you with tracking updates and support throughout the process.

Important Delivery Advisory
Please be very cautious while sharing OTPs with the delivery partner. 
Always read the message carefully before sharing the OTP, and ensure it is explicitly for delivery confirmation and not for canceling your shipment.

Product Safety Tip:
If you notice any tampering with the parcel packaging, please do not accept the delivery.
